Behavioral Science Consultant
About the Role
Behavioralize is looking for a Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team. Our consultants apply behavioral science analysis to a wide range of strategic, tactical, and research problems. The Behavioral Science Consultant will be responsible for working with senior team members on client projects mainly in the healthcare space.
Role Responsibilities
-
Application of behavioral science frameworks to real business challenges through group and individual problem solving
-
Contribute to team’s understanding of stakeholder “misperceptions and inactions”
-
Support and/or deliver workshops and project reports
-
Support and/or develop surveys and market research (including data analysis)
-
Remote role operating in US Eastern Time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
Must Haves
-
Undergraduate degree (including anticipated degree completion by May 2022) in Psychology, Economics, Business, Bioscience, Health, or another related analytical field
-
Familiarity and interest in behavior science, specifically as it relates to healthcare and public health
-
Experience with a popular statistical program (e.g., R, Stata)
-
Experience with Microsoft Office
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Excellent communication skills
Nice to Haves
-
Master’s degree in a related field or consulting work experience
-
Familiarity or interest in healthcare and bioscience
-
Project management experience or customer management experience
-
Graphic design or data visualization competence and interest

Senior Behavioral Science Consultant
About the Role
Behavioralize is looking for a Senior Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team. Our consultants apply behavioral science analysis to a wide range of strategic, tactical, and research problems. The Senior Behavioral Science Consultant will be responsible for primary behavioral analysis, project management, and client interaction. They will work closely with our Chief Behavioral Scientist to develop project structure and deliverables. They will also interact frequently with clients (e.g., marketing directors, research directors).
Role Responsibilities

Application of behavioral science frameworks to real business challenges through individual problem solving and group brainstorming

Project management, including delegation of tasks to Behavioral Science Consultant and interns

Contribute to team’s understanding of stakeholder “misperceptions and inactions”

Deliver workshops and project reports to high value clients

Development of surveys designed with behavioral science principles and tactics

Remote role operating in US Eastern Time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
Must Haves

Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Business, Bioscience, Health, or another related analytical field

2+ years of work experience in consulting, marketing, research, or other relevant roles

Experience with and interest in behavior science, specifically as it relates to healthcare and public health
