Building a Scalable Process to Turn Insights Into Behavioral Strategy

Creating an internal system teams can use to move from findings to behavior change to activation

Strong insights were landing in decks and going nowhere. We built an end-to-end behavioral strategy workflow — including behavior definition frameworks, barrier diagnostic maps, strategy-mapping templates, and measurement blueprints — that became the organization's internal playbook for turning insight into action.
ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Our Challenge: A large global organization generated strong insights across research, analytics, and field intelligence, but teams lacked a consistent, repeatable way to translate these insights into clear behavioral objectives and strategies. Insight decks were valuable but often stopped short of defining the specific behaviors to influence, the drivers behind them, or how cross-functional teams should pull those levers.

Our Unique Approach: We built an end-to-end behavioral strategy workflow that teams could use within their annual planning process. The system combined behavioral diagnosis, strategic mapping, and measurement into one streamlined toolkit: a framework to specify the exact action to shift; driver/barrier diagnostic maps; strategy-mapping templates linking each barrier to a clear behavioral strategy; measurement blueprints connecting behavioral goals to diagnostic metrics and beliefs/attitudes; and training and working sessions to embed the new process across cross-functional teams.

Successful Outcomes: The new process became the organization's internal playbook for moving from insight to action. It gave teams a common language for behavioral objectives, ensured insights were consistently translated into strategy, and created tighter alignment between insights, marketing, medical, training, and measurement.
